The Alfajiri Foundation

Founded with firm goals, The Alfajiri Foundation, a project from Alfajiri Villas, has partnered with organisations committed to protecting Kenya’s marine environment and conservation of primates, together with local charities to safeguard children’s rights.

Located on the famous Diani Beach, they have partnered with:

ReefoloutionGrowing corals in structures that are called ‘Nurseries’. Once the coral fragments have grown large enough, they are out planted onto degraded corals reefs. This will give natural reef-formation the kickstart it needs to recover.

Germano FoundationNon-profit organisation established at the will of Mr Germano Chincherini. The foundation is committed to safeguarding children’s rights in different areas in the world, operating in collaboration with other charitable organisations, while respecting local community values.

Colobus TrustNon-profit organisation working to support, promote and advocate forest conservation to ensure the long-term survival of the nationally threatened Angolan black and white colobus monkey and other primates on the South Coast of Kenya.
