Situated on the beautiful Diani Beach, the Sands at Nomad is a wonderful property with a number of rooms types on offer.
Ocean View Suite: Ideal for honeymooners and couples, this room is only 15 steps away from the beach. A luxurious living space with spacious private verandas, this suite has its own sunbeds in the private garden on the seafront. Fitted with a minibar and king-sized bed.
Family Ocean View Suite: Ideal for families and groups, this room is only 15 steps away from the beach. The suite has two bedrooms, a spacious living room and two bathrooms; one with a bath and one with a shower. There's also a private veranda offering amazing sea views. This suite has its own sunbeds in the private garden on the seafront.
Sea Breeze Rooms: Ideal for families or groups, this suite is just 50 steps from the beach. Each room has its own private balcony, allowing you to enjoy the cooling ocean breeze in the evening. Fitted with a minibar and queen-sized bed, all sea breeze rooms face the ocean.
Beach Cottages: Perfect for honeymooners and couples, this option is only 15 steps from the beach. Perfectly situated on the private beachfront lawn, roofs of the Beach Cottages wrap around the edges of each veranda, offering complete seclusion for a romantic stay. The cottages are fitted with a minibar and a kingsized bed.

The onsite Forest Breeze Spa and Wellness Center is the perfect place to relax in the sea breeze and be at one with the scenery around you. Each treatment takes place in ap private hut, offering peace and privacy. All products used are locally made with organic ingredients and healing properties. Food at The Sands at Nomad
There are two incredible a la carte restaurants at the resort, serving a selection of dishes from around the world. In keeping with their Thinking Green philosophy, food is prepared using locally sourced ingredients. Fruit, vegetables, herbs, spices and eggs are harvested on the onsite organic farm, and all fish is caught sustainably.
Rivas Bar and Restaurant: Next to the pool, surrounded by a canopy of trees, Riva’s is exclusive to hotel residents. Ideal for light lunches, poolside snacks and delicious cocktails. At night, the area transforms into a cosy place for an intimate dinner.
Nomad Beach Bar: Dubbed the best spot on Diani Beach, the Nomad Beach Bar and Restaurant boasts stunning sweeping views of the Indian Ocean. Go for a relaxed experience on the terrace or dine in style in the restaurant.
Sustainability at The Sands
Led by a Sustainability Manager, the resort houses its own 'Green Team'. Their goal is to develop projects that are environmentally conscious, adhering to The Sand's 'Thinking Green Philosophy'.
Not only does the resort boast a five-acre organic farm. but it has its own marine education centre and special turtle hatchery that's been built in partnership with the local Diani Turtle Watch.
