Day 1-2: Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, transfer to Arusha
Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport. Note: We have a dedicated flight partner in the US who can help you find and book the best international flights for you.
On arrival you will be met and transferred to your lodge, settling in after your flights.
Overnight: Katambuga House (1 night)
Day 2 - 4: Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, you'll begin your safari to the Tarangire National Park. The drive is around 3 hours and once you enter the park you'll spend the day on a game drive, with a picnic lunch. In the afternoon, head to your camp, settling in before dinner.
Overnight: Oliver's Camp (2 nights)
Day 3: Tarangire National Park
Spend today enjoying game drives in Tarangire.
Day 4-6: Lake Manyara National Park & Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, you'll depart Tarangire and drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive, with a picnic lunch. In the afternoon, you'll drive into the Ngorongoro Highlands, settling into your camp.
Overnight: Acacia Farm Lodge (2 nights)
Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater
Today you have a thrilling wildlife experience in the Ngorongoro Crater. You'll descend to the floor of the crater for a game drive, with a picnic lunch. You'll spend up to 6 hours on the crater floor before returning to the rim and back to your camp.
Day 6-9: Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you'll be transferred to the airstrip and board a light aircraft flight to the northern Serengeti plains. You'll be taken to your camp for lunch, spending the rest of the afternoon on a game drive.
Overnight: Lemala Kuria Hills (3 nights)
Day 7-8: Serengeti National Park
Spend two days enjoying shared morning and afternoon game drives in this world-renowned wildlife area.
Day 9: Return Home
After breakfast, you'll be transferred to the airstrip and board a light aircraft flight to Kilimanjaro, where services end. Connect here to your onward flight arrangements (flights to be booked after 2pm). We hope you will be leaving Tanzania with some incredible memories and photos of your time here.
