When to Visit

The Great Migration passes through from July to October. But January to April is a good time to visit as well as there are less crowds and nigger changes of seeing big cats.

July and August are the busiest months, if you want fewer tourists on your safari,  we recommend avoiding this period.

The long rains begin in March, with occasional showers in January and February. This is also the hottest time, peaking at 28°C.
