Customer Success & Operations
We’re looking for a talented Customer Success & Operations specialist to join the Brilliant team.
As the second hire in our Customer Success team, you’ll play a leading role in maximising customer experiences at Brilliant, supporting the sales team, and managing day to day operations.
You won’t be a cog in a machine - we’re a small, collaborative team and you’ll contribute to many areas of the business.
