Day 1-3: Arrival at Kigali, Transfer to Volcanoes National Park
Today you arrive in "The Land of a Thousand Hills". On arrival at Kigali Airport (arrival before 1 pm), you will be whisked out of the city and to the foothills of Volcanoes National Park, the home of the mountain gorillas.

Overnight: One&Only Gorilla's Nest (2 nights)
Day 2: Volcanoes National Park, Gorilla Trekking
Today you start early with a short briefing at the park HQ. You'll then set off into the forest in search of your allocated gorilla family. Spend 1 magical hour with them before returning to your lodge for an afternoon to relax at leisure.
Day 3-5: Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Kigali for your flight to the Serengeti (via Mwnaza). Upon arrival in this world-renowned park, your guide will meet you. Here you will enjoy a game drive as you make your way to your camp. You'll have time to relax in the afternoon, before dinner.
Overnight: Singita Mara River Tented Camp (2 nights)
Day 4: Serengeti National Park
Spend the day exploring the Serengeti plains.
Day 5-8: Serengeti National Park, Grumeti
Today you will fly to your next location in the Serengeti and your lodge nestled on the banks of the Grumeti River. Enjoying lunch and time to relax, this afternoon, you will head out on a game drive. On your return as the sun sets, enjoy a sundowner whilst overlooking the African bush.
Overnight: Singita Faru Faru Lodge (3 nights)
Day 6-7: Serengeti National Park, Grumeti
Two days to explore the private Grumeti reserve. (BLD)
Day 8-11: Zanzibar
After breakfast, you will say goodbye to the Serengeti as you make your way to the airstrip for your flight to Zanzibar. On arrival on this idyllic island, you will be whisked to your luxury beach resort.
Overnight: Zanzibar White Sand Luxury Villas & Spa (3 nights)
Day 9-10: Zanzibar
Two days at your leisure.
Day 11: Return Home
Final day at leisure. Today you will be transferred to the Zanzibar airport in time for your onward flight arrangements. We hope you will be leaving Africa with some incredible memories and photos of your time here.
